How request data is used
Request data is used to review your project, route the request to the appropriate fulfillment path, contact you about the request, and maintain internal anti-spam, rate-limiting, and operational records. Painting, epoxy flooring, and stucco repair requests may be reviewed for affiliated-service follow-up. Other categories may be routed to independent local partners.
No mass lead resale
The operating model for this site is not a broad lead-resale system. Referral relationships may affect routing, but the site is positioned around one local intake and controlled follow-up rather than mass lead blasting.
Data retention
Lead records and operational logs may be stored in Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure and related systems for routing, review, and internal reporting. Some brokered requests may also be stored in ottobot-managed operational storage so routing teams can follow up.
Your choices
If you do not want your request routed through this system, do not submit the form. If you need urgent help, use the emergency request page instead of the standard form. Policy updates may be reflected on this page without separate notice.
