Ryan Nunez, owner
Ryan Nunez owns the company and runs the field work. He holds the Utah licence this company works under.
Ask Ryan how many of the job you're calling about he has done, and when he last did one. Then ask everyone else you're calling the same two questions.
The crew is small on purpose. You'll see the same faces. Every technician who works on your home is on this page, with his name.
Photos of Ryan and the crew are coming. We won't put stock photos of people who don't work here on this page.
How to check us
Utah does not require a contractor to display a licence number in advertising, only to provide it on request. We display it anyway.
Ask us for the licence number, then check it yourself on the state's public lookup before you call us back. We send it the same day you ask.
Ask us for the licence number. Ask us for the insurance certificate. Ask for both. We'll send them the same day.
If you've had a bad experience with a contractor here, you're not alone and you're not being paranoid. You can verify everything on this page.
- Licence: ask for the number, and check it on the state's public lookup.
- Insurance certificate: sent the same day you ask.
- Guarantee: our labor is guaranteed in writing, on a signed page handed to you before we leave, with the term printed on it.
- Prices: one flat fee to find out what's wrong, credited to the job if you hire us, and one after-hours rate. You'll be told both on the phone, before anyone is dispatched.
Experience isn't a number of years. It's a number of jobs.
The person doing the work has done it before. Many times. Ask us what goes wrong with the one you have. If we can't answer, don't hire us.
Your water runs 18 to 22 grains. That's hard enough to void a warranty. Every tankless manufacturer publishes a hardness limit. We can tell you all of them, and where your water sits. We'll tell you what usually fails on this model, and at roughly what age.
The electrical work
We don't do the electrical ourselves, and we won't pretend to. EV charger installations performed by our licensed electrical partner, a Qmerit-certified installer.
One company manages the whole job. Where it needs a licensed electrician, we bring one in, and we tell you who, before he arrives. The permit, the panel check, and the scheduling are ours. The wire is his.
Where we go
St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, La Verkin and Toquerville.
We don't go to Mesquite or Cedar City. If you're there, we'll say so on the phone so you don't wait on us.
Who is coming to your house
Nobody knocks on your door that you haven't already met. You'll get a text with your technician's name and photo before he leaves our shop. Marked truck. Same faces. Same names.
If someone shows up who isn't the person we told you about, don't let him in. Call us.
What we won't do
Certificates belong to the people who earned them. When we name one, we name the person who holds it.
- We won't claim a credential the company doesn't hold.
- We won't put a licence number on this site that isn't ours.
- We won't give you a second number.
- We won't call everything urgent.
- We won't send a stranger to your door.
- We won't tell you a repair makes sense on a unit too old for it.
- We won't write a review for ourselves or pay anyone to write one.
You shouldn't have to take anyone's word for it. That's why ours is in writing. Read the Plain Terms, then call when you're ready.
