Send us three lines and a person calls you back. If this is an emergency, shut the water off first, and say so in the first line.
7 a.m. to 5 p.m., weekdays. Emergency calls answered any hour, every day.
Send us three things
Your name, a number to call back, and a sentence about what’s going on. You don’t have to know what it’s called.

Emergency? Shut the water off first, then call. There’s no charge for us to explain the options on the phone.
What happens after you send it
Nothing automated. No quote by email from someone who hasn't seen the work.
- A person reads it.
- A person calls you back, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Send it at night or on a weekend and you'll hear from us the next business day.
- On the call we'll ask what you're seeing and tell you if it can wait. If it needs a visit, you'll be told the diagnostic fee on that call, before anyone is dispatched. It comes off the job if you hire us.

Call when you're ready. There's no charge for us to explain the options.
If someone else is helping you decide
If your family wants to be on the call, put them on the call. We'll send the write-up to whoever you tell us to. Same photos, same number, same email.
If you're managing this from out of state: you'll get photos before, photos after, and one phone number that reaches a person. We're used to being the eyes for someone who can't be here.
If this site is hard to use
Tell us through the contact form, or on the phone. Someone reads that inbox, and we'll fix what we can.
The quote is the number. There is no second number.
