This is a short page because there is not much to say. We are a plumbing, accessible living, landscape and heating and air company. The website exists so you can read about the work and get hold of us. It does not sell anything, it does not run advertising, and it does not sell or rent anything you tell us to anyone.
What you send us on purpose
The contact form asks for your name, your phone number and a few words about what is going on. An email address is optional. When you press send, the form emails what you wrote to our own mailboxes, and if you gave an email address it sends you a copy so you have a record too. The email is delivered through Resend, a mail delivery service, and lands in mailboxes run on Microsoft 365. Nothing about it is automated beyond that: a person reads it and a person calls you.
We keep what you sent for as long as we need it to do the work and to keep our own job records. If you want it deleted, email info@stgeorgehomeservices.com and say so, and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a job we did for you.
Anything you tell us on the phone or at the house goes into the same job records, for the same reasons: to do the work, to honor the guarantee on it, and to answer the phone knowledgeably when you call back.
What the site collects on its own
Google Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count which pages are read and roughly where readers are. It sets first-party cookies in your browser (the ones that begin with _ga), and it sends Google the page you are on, the kind of device and browser you are using, and your approximate location worked out from your connection. We use it to see which guides people actually read. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not connect it to your name. Google describes what it does with this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block it by refusing cookies in your browser or with Google’s own opt-out add-on, and the site works exactly the same either way.
Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like every web host, it keeps ordinary server logs: the address your connection comes from, the page requested and the time. Those exist to keep the site running and to spot abuse, and we do not use them to identify anyone.
That is the whole list. There is no advertising pixel, no chat widget, no session recording, and no mailing list. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

Children
This site is written for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
