What the work is
A powder room has no shower and no tub, so there is no waterproofing system and no tiled wet area. That makes it the cheapest room in the house to change and the one most likely to be worth doing before you sell or before family visit.
Where the plumbing stays where it is, this is a short job. Where it moves, it stops being a refresh and we will tell you that at the quote rather than at the invoice.

Worth considering while it is open
- A comfort-height toilet costs the same to install and is easier for everyone to use.
- If the room is the one guests use, the tap is the thing they touch. Hard water is unkind to cheap cartridges.
