The plumbing code is the same across Utah. Almost everything else changes at the city line: the lawn cap, the watering hours, the lighting rule, which power company serves the house, and what is in the water. Each page below carries only what is true of that town, with the source next to it.
We don’t cover Mesquite. It is in Nevada, and our licenses are Utah licenses.
