What the work is
A measured plan with plants at mature size, irrigation zoning, surfacing and levels. It exists as a document rather than as a step in our sales process.
Buy it, take it to three contractors, and get comparable quotes for the first time. That is the actual value of a plan and the reason we sell it separately.
What is included
- A site visit with measurements
- A drawn plan, plants at mature size
- Irrigation zoning and a surfacing schedule
- A plant schedule you can price anywhere
- A copy formatted for an association design review submission
What is not
- Construction
- Approvals
- Revisions beyond two rounds
- Any requirement to build it with us
Take it to other people
A plan you cannot take elsewhere is not a plan, it is a proposal. Ours is drawn so any competent contractor can price it.
What to ask anyone quoting this, us included
- Do I own this plan?
- Are the plants drawn at mature size?
- Can another contractor price from this?
