What the work is
Cartridges load up and stop working; a membrane fouls and its rejection rate falls. Neither failure is visible from the outside, which is why systems quietly stop doing anything years before anyone notices.
We measure the total dissolved solids before and after the change and tell you both numbers. That is the only way to know whether the unit is working.
What is included

What is not
- Proprietary cartridges we cannot source. We will tell you before we book
- Repairing a leaking system beyond replacing the seals in the housings
Why the interval is not a sticker
No water quality report in the county publishes hardness; it is not a federally required parameter. St. George blends spring, well and Virgin River sources, and its 2024 report shows total dissolved solids from 118 to 936 ppm and sulfate from 1.38 to 451 ppm depending on which blend feeds your street. A city-wide number is not your number. A recommendation should come from a test at your tap.
A system on a high-TDS blend loads its cartridges faster than the same system on the other side of town. Measure rather than follow the calendar on the box.
